![]() It comes with 40ml of product and I believe retails in the range of $45-$55 (SG dollars) I purchased mine a while back, so I can’t quite recall the exact price. I really like that something so effective is found in drugstores and if you happen to have access to French pharmacy brands, I highly recommend you try this! Buy it: Avne Tinted Mineral Sunscreen Fluid SPF 50+, 15.49, Amazon. And at 1.3 oz, it’s the perfect little travel companion. If you’re not into tinted sunscreens, it also comes in a non-tinted version as well. ![]() Basically this does NOT feel like a sunscreen at all.Īs all Avène products, this too is made specially for sensitive skin types, and as a regular user of Avène I can vouch that they have never caused any irritation (I have sensitive skin btw). It blends really easily and left me with that lovely, glowing complexion I mentioned before. The best way to describe it’s texture is of a light moisturizer, the type they market for normal to combination skin types. This sunscreen absorbs into your skin quickly and leaves skin feeling slightly moist and soft to the touch. So for application, the amount I squeezed off the tube is not quite enough, I believe double that amount is best, and I promise you it won’t feel heavily on your skin. And the nozzle dispenses the product easily and the very soft squeeze tube controls the flow without exploding in your hand like some of the thicker sunscreens, where you squeeze n squeeze the tube so much trying to get out the product and after that air pocket has cleared, a whole load get’s dumped into you hand! Not cool >.<</p> The texture of this is of a normal moisturizing cream. I love that it’s pretty discrete in that sense and it’s something that I always look for in my daily sunscreen. I also really love the soft scent of Avène products which is soothing and never overwhelming.įor those who like to go bare faced with no makeup (lucky you btw) this is perfect as it leaves no white cast, a tell tale sign of sunscreen use. It’s one sunscreen that leaves ZERO oiliness on skin and completely absorbs in. The Clarins one comes with a whopping SPF40 and is very lightweight for such a high protection level.įor day to day use, my current favourite is this one by Avène with SPF 30. These days I only use it when I need very high SPF, like if I’m going sailing. So far I’ve tried a few (La mer, 3Lab etc.), and the one I’ve enjoyed before this is by Clarins which is a very light weight sunscreen that I was somewhat happy with! However I did still notice a slight oiliness that I wasn’t entirely thrilled about. It really is a pain to be honest, and on most days it’s moisturizer, followed by sunscreen and then primer! By the time I get to my foundation, my skin is looking so oily I just want to puke! Mostly since I hate having to add ‘yet another layer’ on to my face before I do my makeup. Now I am someone who’s new to wearing daily protection (been only at it for around 2 years now). My go to for myself, husband and kids and would recommend this to my friends and family.A couple months back I was on the look out for new sunscreens to prepare for the hotter months that were to come, so I got busy and was scoring the makeup counters and drugstore aisles for suitable contenders and been busy testing them since. Love that this is an all in one face and body spray and has a very high protection of uvb and uva rays. The scent is nice think sunscreen/skincare and very lovely light scent. It doesn’t take long to rub in or absorb at all very quickly actually and it dries matte but feels moisturised which for me is very important as I cannot stand that really greasy sunscreen feeling. Once pressed it sprays out a decent amount of the sunscreen white in color great to see where the product is on the skin and doesn’t spray out too much at a time which I love because it gives me time to rub it in properly before spraying again. The press down nozzle for the spray is nice and big wide enough to fit my thumb. The 200mL bottle is very easy to hold and very appealing on the eye being bright orange with black and white printing. Firstly I wanted to say I love the pull off tab you need to remove before you can take off the plastic cap.

![]() Similar to other types of digital newsletters, on LinkedIn, companies can have a regular posting schedule for their newsletter, and get other individual users to subscribe and get notifications whenever a new issue is published. It’s a great way for companies to connect and engage with their followers on LinkedIn, and generate more buzz around the business. LinkedIn has a newsletter feature that companies can use to share a series of blog posts or articles on the platform. The Importance of Utilizing LinkedIn Newsletters for Businesses Then, it’s time to format the newsletter to allow for more readability, and decide to either publish it immediately, or schedule it for it to get published by the platform at a later date. ![]() If that’s not the case, companies can test out different lengths to figure out which one works best for the audience. Similar to articles on LinkedIn, newsletters have a large word limit and companies can create over 100,000 characters for each newsletter, which is over 10,000 words.Ĭompanies that have previously shared content on LinkedIn such as email newsletters, blog posts, or simple LinkedIn articles might already have an idea of what the optimal length of a newsletter would be for the target audience. ![]() Then it’s important to choose the publishing frequency for the newsletter, which can range anywhere from 24 hours to a month. Then, at the top menu bar, there’s a Create a Newsletter button where the business can enter all of the details about the newsletter, such as a description and a title that encourages other users to read the newsletter and what they can expect from reading it. At the top of the page, there’s a post composer, where users can find a button where they can write articles. To set up a business newsletter on the platform users need to go to the page where they want to publish the newsletter in the first place. To grant this type of access an existing admin has to give the right people either one of those types of access to the page. On LinkedIn, users need to have either content admin or super admin status to be able to publish newsletter content on a page. AccessĪfter choosing the right page, it’s time to give the right team members the appropriate access levels so that they’ll be able to create and publish the newsletter content. On the other hand, for companies that want to discuss a number of different topics that cover an entire organization, the best choice would be to publish the newsletter from the company’s own business page on the platform. If the plan is to focus on a very specific subject, companies should think about publishing their business newsletter from a product, service, or a showcase page. It’s important to remember that each page can only publish one newsletter, which is why companies need to choose wisely. The Importance of Utilizing LinkedIn Newsletters for BusinessesĬompanies that have multiple pages on LinkedIn first need to choose which one they’re going to use to publish their business newsletter.Īs long as the page meets the current newsletter access criteria of the platform, companies can publish from their business, product, service, or the showcase page. This is all in a single player game, but I'll be starting another MP game with friends soon with similar settings, but maybe zombie block damage at 100%. Most other settings left at default as far as I can remember. As many blood moon zombies as my computer can handle, and 50% block damage. I had a bedroll placed down but no land claim block. Granted some places are close together as shown on the latest Pc map but its almost as if they turned it sideways and moved some things around. Blood moon horde nights every 3 days, 7 day blood moon range, no warning. I chose this quest because my base was currently in the 'Navezgane Creamery' at 540 E 173 N. Ive seen this posted before but all of the links for the supposed map do not match what Ive seen thus far in the ps4 map. 200% loot for extra ammo and feathers for shooting them all. I have increased random spawns in the XML recently for a game I started so there's a lot more zombies to kill (or avoid, depending on how you want to handle it). (But maybe guns would be too OP then, I dunno.) And there would be lots and lots of zombies. In my ideal game, hitting them anywhere but the head would do very little damage, and headshots from any firearm would be insta-kill for most weaker zombies, maybe only the 7.62 and magnum would 1 shot the stronger zombies. I used to turn difficulty up and increase headshot damage in A16, but they changed how headshot damage works and I haven't figured out how to change it yet. Lower difficulty makes them so weak you can kill them with a knock in the head from a wooden club on day 1. ![]() Higher difficulty makes all the zombies bullet sponges and I hate that. Although I did a google result for one that is 2/3 of the price. I purchased through the Thingiverse page link because it supports the original designer and I doubt I could A) print the gears correctly or B) find the individual parts cheaper. At the end, Michael states that he has purchased 3 more. Interestingly, TeachingTech released a video 6 days ago about this so you can see someone install it in more detail. I ran some basic trials to wear the gears in and I've used silicone grease for the plastic gears and will add PTFE grease (sparingly) for the hobb gears. Bug Description Im using Orbiter extruder 1.5 and they recommend using ejerk at 5mm/s, but I cant compile Marlin usin. So it is either that or a bit of tolerance in the system. Did you test the latest bugfix-2.0.x code Yes, and the problem still exists. An effective diamter of 11.1mm gives the 690 steps I need. Any 'biting' of the hobb gear reduces the effective diameter further. The Hobb gear is 12mm diamter, but recessed to ~11.3mm. I was concerned as this is different to the main Thingiverse post, so I calculated the required steps and get very close. ![]() I use steps in the range of 690 steps/mm. But you made your point Stir of Echoes is a decent flick. Now I don’t know about that, Arv! They were two different movies, apples and oranges my friend. “Did I pick good, Cheely?” Arvin asked, “Now wasn’t that better than that Blair Witch Project?” It was a chilling ghost story packed with mystery and suspense, taking place in my favorite city, Sweet Home, Chicago! I loved seeing familiar sites up there on the big screen. Anyway, we went for it (Greg stayed home), and to my surprise I enjoyed it. Kevin Bacon, that pretty boy?! In a horror flick? (I had forgotten he had already starred in Friday the 13th way back when)). Quite the spread! Left with much to be desired but still in the mood for a horror movie, Arvin suggested we regroup and see some Kevin Bacon horror movie. I gave it an A, John gave it a B, Greg a C, and Arvin gave it a D. Afterwards we went to a bar where we graded the film over beers. For now, let’s go to the tail end of those 1900 years – the Prince year of 1999.īack in 1999, four guys went to the movies. Right now, I want to go back a couple decades, back to that old century we left behind in 2000-2001. More still will come in the new decade and so many came out in all those decades of the past. They were there in 2019, more will come in 2020. 2020, resolutions, and all those hyped-up concepts, I thought I would simply begin the first post of the year doing what I do best – writing about scary stories. Everyone’s doing it! But since I don’t have any thoughts on 2019 vs. I just had to fit in some kind of “Hey it’s a new year” subject here at this blog. So, whatdidja’ think about my intro and how I segued from New Years thoughts to a creepy tale of the paranormal? Pretty nifty, huh? You are saying “no.” Oh. In this case both will suffice, for I’ll be discussing both the film and the novel! But when doing the latter, be careful not to get overwhelmed in those “Stir of Echoes’! Or is it “ A Stir of Echoes”? That depends on whether we are referring to the book ( A Stir of Echoes) or the movie ( Stir of Echoes). My first blog post of the new year! 2020! Woo Hoo and stuff! Time to look forward! ![]() In the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, no one had answers to much of anything. Global learning helps us understand that we are not alone. Too often, we feel we are the only people struggling with a particular problem, whether it’s fighting for universal health care access, healing from the trauma of racism, or improving maternal health outcomes. Similarly, in another upcoming essay, Fabiola Cineas, a reporter on race and policy for Vox Media, will chronicle her journey to New Zealand to learn about their experience in truth, healing, and reparations for the Māori people and what countries like the United States can learn from their blueprint for redress and atonement. Her experience should be of interest to anyone struggling to address poor maternal outcomes in their community. Binagwaho emphasizes the importance of addressing transportation needs critical to ensuring access to care. This means engaging with humility and actively listening. In her upcoming essay, she notes how critical it is to solve the problem expectant moms are actually facing-not what we assume the problem to be. Agnes Binagwaho is a pediatrician in Rwanda where the maternal mortality ratio has dropped by 60 percent. Our desire to learn has taken us all around the world, because a community looking to reduce violence or a mother praying for a healthy baby is more concerned with the outcome than where the solution originated.ĭr. That is the premise behind RWJF’s Reimagined in America webinar series, where we facilitate conversations and discussion around what’s working abroad on issues ranging from transforming health care to building community power to advancing climate justice. But principles and practices almost always travel well and can serve as inspiration. There are significant cultural, political, and societal differences between places that may limit their relevance. We realize that not all ideas will translate directly from one place to another. If you are struggling with a problem in your community, why would you limit potential solutions to only those created in your own state or country? Should we deny kindergarten to our children because it originated in Germany, or neglect our oral care because the toothbrush was invented in China? Of course not. Yet we know, as studies have confirmed, that some communities and countries are making greater progress in addressing them than others. Too many global health crises, rooted in inequity, play out in silos or isolation across every continent. Unequal health outcomes are sadly not unique to the United States. Community health workers represent perhaps the most impactful example: A concept that originated in Chinese barefoot doctors is now a core element of most health systems around the globe. With over 20 years of experience working on global health, and now as the person who directs global learning strategies for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), the largest health and health care foundation in the United States, I’ve seen directly how ideas developed in one place can improve health in another.
